AI-first means setting up a company as if AI had always been there. Instead of adding one more tool to old processes, we start again from the desired outcome – on three levels: Foundation (knowledge, data and rules, captured once and binding), Application (AI applications that do the work) and Operation (the team steers, reviews and approves).

With AI bolted on, the process stays the same and only individual steps get faster. With AI-first, there is one shared foundation from which all applications are derived. A change – such as a new positioning – is defined once and takes effect in every channel. The team approves instead of coordinating hand-offs.

In three phases. Find: within 14 days we produce a prioritised assessment across commercial, operations and IT – including where AI-first offers the greatest leverage. Build: we develop the Foundation and Applications, from prototype to use. Run: we stay with the delivery until everything works day to day, enable your team on real tasks and hand over a system your team runs itself.

A project for a clear result in a defined time, an interim mandate with leadership for a period and operational responsibility, or a fractional mandate in which we are part of your leadership on a regular basis, at an agreed scope.
