Foundation
A project wiki with facts, decisions, open points, risks and a glossary, plus a findings database with source and status. All minutes were in one place.
RETAIL · DIGITAL PRODUCT PROGRAMME · AI-FIRST PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For a large retail chain in the DACH region, we led the management of a digital product programme – with a dedicated project OS instead of folders, emails and slides.
A programme with many internal and external stakeholders, several systems and parallel workstreams. Decisions were made in many meetings; knowledge was spread across people's heads, emails and boards. What was needed was project management that kept pace and lost nothing when the team changed.
Our contribution: Programme management, methodological leadership and development of the project OS.
THE SET-UP · AI-FIRST
A project wiki with facts, decisions, open points, risks and a glossary, plus a findings database with source and status. All minutes were in one place.
Project applications for meeting preparation, minutes from voice notes, weekly status for the PMO, Kanban sync, a repo progress radar, process visualisation and prototype videos for user tests.
We steered, reviewed and approved. Whatever was decided in a meeting flowed back into the wiki – and was ready for the next meeting, the status report and the handover.
Status reports, preparation and decision papers came from one shared foundation instead of manual work. Open points were not lost, because every finding was tracked with source and status. New stakeholders became productive faster: handover packages came from the same knowledge.
DELIVERABLES
Facts, decisions, risks, open points.
Preparation, minutes, status, radar, visualisation.
Generated weekly from the same foundation.
User tests prepared, handover packages for new stakeholders.
YOUR PROJECT
